Honoring Choices Minnesota's 2nd Annual ACP Thanksgiving Campaign is just the beginning! This campaign encourages all Minnesotans age 18 and over to begin an advance care planning conversation with their loved ones during this Thanksgiving holiday season. There's no better time to begin this intimate dialogue thean when your loved ones are together making memories!

UMN Stefan 2013HCM launched a new partnership with the U of MN School of Nursing that featured a lunch education seminar for nursing, medicine and other academic health center students.  Fifty students attended the session with Ambassador presenters Stefan Pomrenke, MD and Lyla Pagels, RN.  This event is the first of its kind with the U of MN academic health center.  The intent is to introduce and engage students in ACP education as they pursue their health career pathways.

Honoring Choices Minnesota is hosting two training events in October. On October 7th, First Steps Facilitator Training and on October 8th, Design and Implementation of an Advance Care Planning Program.
