The Honoring Choices Minnesota Advisory Committee is comprised of health care professionals including physicians and nurses in addition to individuals who have an interest in palliative and hospice care. The Advisory Committee has played a crucial role in providing leadership to the Honoring Choices Minnesota project and meets every other month.
The Honoring Choices Minnesota Advisory Committee is made up of the following members:
