The Minnesota Department of Health will require all physician clinics with patients age 18 and over to use the CG-CAHPS (Clinics and Groups, Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) to measure patient experience of care in 2013.

The MMGMA and the MMA have have developed a list of qualified vendors groups can contact. To view more information on CG-CAHPS and to see the list of vendors download this WORD file provided by the MMGMA.
