Mission Statement:
The East Metro Medical Society Foundation is a physician-led philanthropic organization that strives to improve the health of residents in the communities we serve. Our mission is to provide support and leadership in addressing society’s health issues through relevant programs given the foundation’s unique position in the medical community. A primary focus over the past few years has been Honoring Choices Minnesota. View the current Board of Directors. Eduard Boeckmann, MD (1849-1927) was an enterprising physician who donated his medical business to the [then-named] Ramsey County Medical Society.
